Are you up for it? Losing weight isn’t as complicated as people believe. You don’t need to buy expensive equipment or supplements that are sometimes even harmful to your health. It’s all about the basics: a sensible eating program, regular physical activity, and a large dose of determination.
There will be three prizes awarded to the person that loses the most weight by percentage!
