The Challenge is not just about shedding those extra pounds (although crucial for your well being) but about coming together as a community to take better control of our lives. By focusing on your health now and taking the necessary preventative steps, you can improve the quality of and even add years to your life!

Are you up for it? Losing weight isn’t as complicated as people believe. You don’t need to buy expensive equipment or supplements that are sometimes even harmful to your health. It’s all about the basics: a sensible eating program, regular physical activity, and a large dose of determination.
There will be prizes awarded to the person that loses the most weight by pounds, weight by percentage, body fat percentage and more!
To join the challenge you will need to register and weigh in the week of February 16th -20th at Fritz’s Pharmacy or Curves in Lewisburg.
Connie Gottshall, Registered Dietician and Janya Seams, Owner of Curves in Lewisburg, will be teaching the 90 Day Challenge classes on proper nutrition and exercise. These classes will be held at Rhema Christian Center every other Thursday evening starting March 5th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. The classes will end with a banquet on June 4th when the winners of the challenge will be announced. See our events calendar for the complete schedule.
